Mrs. Benavides specializes in civil law, corporate and insurance law. In these areas she provides advice on many matters, especially those that give rise to insurance contracts and others from regulated markets.
EDUCATION
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad of Chile in 2007, candidate for master’s degree in Private Law at the same university.
In 2010 she obtained a diploma in Economics and Antitrust Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and in 2015 a Certificate on Compliance and Good Corporate Practices, at the same university.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Mrs. Benavides has been assistant professor of civil law at the Universidad de Chile. She previously worked in Del Rio, Infante, Boza and Mendez Lawyers; in the Insurance Prosecutions office of Superintendence of Securities and Insurance; and in the Casinos Superintendence.
