AREAS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Hübner specializes in civil and commercial law, including taxation, antitrust, and public procurement. He also has extensive litigation experience within his areas of expertise.

EDUCATION

He graduated with highest honors from the Faculty of Law at Universidad de Chile, receiving the Montenegro Award, presented to the top student of each graduating class. Additionally, he obtained an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, graduating with merit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Mr. Hübner has been a professor in the Master’s program in Business Law at Universidad de Los Andes Law School.

He has also taught courses in comparative law (civil law versus common law) and corporate taxation at Universidad de Los Andes.

He serves as director of various companies.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G.), the International Bar Association, and the arbitration panel of the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM) of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
