Mr. Rute has focused his professional practice on civil, arbitration and criminal litigation.

EDUCATION

He graduated with the highest distinction from the University of Chile Law School in 2018.

In 2020 he obtained a diploma at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile on “Criminal Procedure System”, and in 2021, he got another one at the University of Talca Law School “on Criminal Law”.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Mr. Rute worked as a judicial attorney in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Enel Distribución Chile S.A. (2015-2018) and as a lawyer in the Litigation Area of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Enel Chile S.A. (2018-2019).
